How to raise your vibration: Part 1

You’ve probably heard about the need to raise your vibration or frequency.

Suppose you connect with the belief that what you send out into the world is what you will receive back in return. In that case, you can understand the attractiveness of sustaining a good vibration wherever possible as a fundamental practice guideline for your life.

But what exactly does that mean, and how do you go about it?

Raising your vibration means expressing high-frequency thoughts and emotions, such as joy, peace, serenity, etc.; this triggers a virtuous circle of positive feelings and attracts events with similar vibrations.

Conversely, lowering your vibratory rate means emitting low-frequency thoughts and emotions such as judgment, fear, anger, etc. If we are unaware, these thoughts and feelings lead us into a vicious circle where everything is against our well-being.

So, how can we maintain our vibration when facing a challenging situation or experiencing troubled times?

If you can’t completely control your thoughts associated with these unwanted events, nor can you prevent them, you can do something about it… with your body!

Here are some tips to help you maintain or raise your vibratory field. Thus, by your will and perseverance, you can start to attract the people and events that resonate with your positive frequency.

Respect your need for sleep.

We often neglect our sleep in favor of a hectic lifestyle. However, sleep makes our bodies recharge and wake up in the morning if we rest well on a high vibrational frequency. Try to go to bed at a time that will allow you to wake up without an alarm, and give yourself a break during the day if you feel the need.

Meditate.

Meditation increases self-awareness and offers rest beyond the benefits of a good night’s sleep. Being a meditator means living in harmony with yourself and those around you. There are many forms of meditation: find the one that suits you, set a pace that works for you, and stick with it. You will soon see the positive impact of your regular practice on your vibration.

Exercise.

Being in motion is essential to our health. Incorporating yoga, walking, or any other exercise that gets the body moving into your daily routine will get the energy flowing and raise your vibration level. Choose the appropriate activity for you and commit to regular practice. Once you’ve made the commitment and put in the effort, you won’t be able to live without it!

Practice yoga.

Yoga is so good for you! Since it helps you deal with stress more effectively, regulates your mood, and increases your productivity, it raises your energy. When you feel good, you attract more positivity into your life. Yoga is an excellent exercise for boosting your vibration since it focuses on aligning your chakras (energy centers) and unblocking any trapped energy in your body.

Dance.

You don’t “feel like it”? Well, do it anyway! Adding dancing to your routine will instantly raise your vibration and improve your mood. Dancing is a great way to shift you from any negative downward spiral. To feel energized, play your favorite music right in the morning for at least 5 minutes.

Eat well.

Food is our fuel. If we don’t have enough, too much, or are of poor quality, we lack the energy to function, our vibratory rate drops, and we risk a “breakdown.” Ask yourself about your meals. Are you eating what you need to accomplish your daily tasks without risking a drop in your frequency? If not, change your menus!

Above all, after reading these tips, don’t be overwhelmed by the idea of radically transforming your routine. Instead, begin to integrate them gradually but regularly into your daily life; in this way, you will not become discouraged, and the raising of your vibration will become a positive addiction.

You will then see that you have increased your vibrational rate through the events and people you attract into your life!
