How to raise your vibration: Part 2

You may already be putting into practice the tips I gave you in my previous article- How to Raise Your Vibration-part 1– to maintain and increase vibratory frequency. It’s terrific that you are taking charge of your life, and it won’t take long, if not already done, for you to see the positive effects of your commitment!

Remember, however, that your thoughts, emotions, and feelings also impact your vibratory rate and, consequently, your life. You must therefore put your mind at the service of your well-being if you don’t want your body to get exhausted doing the work alone!

The advantage of involving both is that you act simultaneously on the other when you work on one because they are interconnected; thus, you increase their power considerably by leading them in the same direction. So don’t waste any more time and put your body and mind at the service of your well-being.

Here are some recommendations that will allow you to raise your vibration by best managing your mind. I have taken them from the teachings of Miguel Ángel Ruiz, Mexican neurosurgeon, author, teacher, and shaman. His book, “The Four Toltec Agreements,” has been on my bedside table for years. It helps me shed much-needed perspective on matters I encounter daily, and I invite you to read it thoroughly.

In the meantime, here is the wisdom I gleaned from it to help keep yourself in the virtuous circle of fulfillment. I hope you enjoy a refresher from this practical guide to personal freedom.

1. Be impeccable with your words.
Your words, your language, emit a vibration that creates your reality. Suppose you use them for good, and your frequency increases. Conversely, if you use them for evil, it decreases. So choose your words wisely.

2. Do not take anything personally.
If your words and actions reflect your reality, those addressed to you or the behaviors of others you meet relate to theirs. So don’t worry about things that have nothing to do with you and over which you have no control. This way, you avoid affecting your vibratory field.

3. Don’t make assumptions.
When communicating, do not anticipate or assume what the other person is thinking or going to say; this will avoid misunderstandings and conflicts that affect your vibrational field. Communication is the key to any relationship, so make it a priority!

4. Always do your best.
Don’t pressure yourself to be the best. Don’t question whether or not you are up to the task. Instead, do your best. In this way, by showing compassion to yourself, you raise your vibration and accomplish great things!

5. Be skeptical and learn to listen.
Sure we need to learn from others. But we also need to know how to question their views as much as our own! You will discover ultimate truths that will raise your vibration by challenging the status quo.

One last thing before we meet again, remember that you are the architect and craftsman of your life. So pay attention to the vibrations you emit and create your reality positively!
