What if your problem is not the problem itself but the step you don’t take?

Self-development

What if you only had to take one step to find the solution to your problem?

What if your problem is not the problem itself but this step you are not taking?

When we are facing difficulties, we tend to look for solutions in our comfort zone, in the very place where our problems arise.

By finding evidence such as, “I can’t do it now,” “I can’t afford it,” or “it’s not for me,” we create the illusion that we are deciding for our good when in fact, we are only giving credit to our fears and limiting beliefs.

Let’s understand that the obstacles on our path are, in fact, opportunities for us to evolve. As you are locked in a comfort zone that has become too narrow, they force you to learn, grow, and expand to feel fulfilled again.

Here are some tips to get you used to stepping out of your comfort zone and finding solutions to your problem faster when necessary.

Break your routine from time to time, and change your habit.
Example: Ride your bike to work instead of taking the subway or car.

Develop new skills, especially the ones you think you lack.
Example: You tend to avoid public speaking. Just do it!

Implement strategies to live outside your box.
Example: The countryside is not your thing? Plan a weekend at the farm.

Clean up your belief system as often as possible. Keep the beliefs that serve you and transform the ones that limit you.
Example: “I am too talkative,” Transform this belief about yourself with “I’m conversational.”

Be honest with yourself and others.
Example: You are afraid to say what you think, be courageous and use kindness to say it.

Dare to step forward to shift what you might have seen as a problem into an opportunity! It will get you closer to living the infinite potential of your life.
